Quebec Trip: The weather was just plain foul but this policewomen was just smiling all the time! Her job was to take down the plate numbers of tour buses stopping in that area cos they are allowed 10 minute stops! Anyway, i actually went up to her and asked her if i could take a picture of her. HAHA...she's pretty vain...her scarf was hitched up a lot higher but she lowered it so i she could do herself justice in the picture :)
